Food Myths You Really Shouldn’t Believe
Eating healthy to reach our fitness goals has become a confusing game of not knowing which way to turn or what to do. New diets are hitting the shelves and internet faster than the myths can be dispelled and unfortunately many of us fall victim to believing the convincing presentations. Diet trends and supplements are big business and rake in millions of dollars because who does not want to have what is being promised.
The best we can do as consumers and people wanting to reduce our waist lines, achieve muscle tone, obtain six-pack abs, or whatever our fitness goals is to put in the research and not fall for the gimmicks. I have included six of the top fitness food myth offenders and provided factual information to debunk their claims.
