There is nothing quite as annoying as unintended weight gain, especially if you don’t know why it’s happening.
As it turns out weight gain can actually be a signal that something else is going on with your body. Many vitamin, mineral, and hormone deficiencies are linked to metabolic disorders that affect our body’s natural ability to manage weight.
Of course, it’s important to remember deficiencies alone are often not the sole cause for this. A person should always rule out other possible factors like chronic conditions before concluding that a deficiency is the root of their weight issue.
