“ChatGPT can harness the power of the internet to consolidate massive amounts of information in a matter of seconds, so when used correctly, this can save a person hours of research and produce incredibly customized workout results,” says Alex McBrairty, CPT, a certified personal trainer and the founder of A-Team Fitness.
If you give the platform enough details, it can quickly generate workout plans that are convenient, well-structured, and often (surprisingly!) helpful. Perhaps the biggest perk, though? “The cost of using ChatGPT is a fraction of what it’d cost to work with a live coach,” adds McBrairty.
