Are You Missing These Key Nutrients?

Nutrient deficiencies can be quite common among Americans—and difficult to spot. In fact, most people who are deficient in key nutrients won’t know it unless they get bloodwork done at their doctor’s office.

Across the board, researchers have found that there are a handful of nutrients that Americans tend to miss the mark on as a whole. While these deficiencies don’t affect everyone, it can be helpful to know which ones you may be at risk for.
