Benefits Bone Health: “Yogurt delivers a powerful combination of nutrients that work together to build and maintain strong bones [and] promote bone health, including calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, zinc, selenium, and vitamins A, B, and K,” explains Vanessa King, MS, RDN.
