What’s Your Plan to Get Healthy in 2025?

As 2025 approaches, many of us are setting goals for getting healthy in the upcoming year. Some of the most popular New Year’s resolutions are related to physical health, weight loss, and eating better, but “getting healthy” can also mean taking better care of your mental health, prioritizing your relationships, or even sleeping better. Having the right tools ahead of time can help you feel prepared and ready to take on whatever challenge you’ve set for yourself. That’s where we come in.

Over the last year, we’ve tested, evaluated, and reviewed hundreds of products aimed at improving health — from mattress pads to online therapy to meal delivery and more — and we’ve chosen our favorites to include in this 2025 Get Healthy Guide. We also spoke to subject matter experts: Tamar Z. Kahane, PsyD, a licensed clinical psychologist, the founder and director of the Kahane Center, and the founder of the Powers Program; Sarah Pelc Graca, an NASM-certified personal trainer, women’s fitness specialist, certified level 1 precision nutrition coach, and the owner and head coach at Strong with Sarah Weight Loss Coaching; and Morgan Walker, RD, a registered dietitian and sports nutritionist at Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pennsylvania, to provide us with expert insight on how to set yourself up for New Year’s resolution success.
