“Make sure you understand your ‘why’ behind it,” Beth Czerwony, a registered dietitian with the Cleveland Clinic Center for Human Nutrition, tells TODAY.com. It’s important to know what you are trying to achieve and your motivation behind your desire to make a change, she says.
